We work with a variety of organizations and clubs to compile the most accurate and up-to-date information possible, from government agencies to outdoor clubs and tourism organizations. We build and update our map data with the cooperation of local and provincial agencies, including government, parks, fisheries, forestry and tourism, municipalities, non-profit outdoor groups and clubs and others. This enables us to create the most accurate and up-to-date maps possible.

Additionally, many of our updates come directly from our customers! We receive tracks and waypoints from users who collect data directly from the field. This allows us to flush out any inaccuracies and get a first-hand report on new information. Learn more about our customer GPS Free Update program.
