Operations Coordinator An organizational wiz, Jo-ana keeps busy handling everything from customers, filing, and shipping and receiving, to SD card production, lake chart production and topographic map folding. Jo-ana has a knack for ticking items off a to-do list while having a great time getting to know customers. She is heralded as a trustworthy and reliable individual who gets the job done. When Jo-ana isn’t busy meeting production demands in Backroad Mapbooks’ warehouse, you are apt to find her in one place: the softball field. Jo-ana is a first-base superstar in high demand. She plays on multiple teams across four different co-ed leagues, playing every weekend year-round and throughout the week during summertime. If Tom Cruise and Tom Hanks were drowning in a river and you only had time to save one, who would you save? Tom Hanks, hands down, no contest. What is the best day of the week…other than Friday? During NFL season, Sundays are my favorite day; the rest of the year, Saturdays. Favorite food? Sushi, I could eat it all day every day. Favorite villain?The Riddler. What’s your favourite outdoor activity? Softball. Name a product you can’t live without. I’m not materialistic; I can live without everything. What are some of your hobbies? Poker and softball.
