BRMB TEAM

Dave Mancini

GIS & Database Manager

Dave Mancini, coordinator of the Geographic Information System (GIS) department at Backroad Mapbooks, is no stranger to the world of mapping. Responsible for overseeing the data creation of the mapping department, Dave is heralded by his colleagues as a “Postgres wizard.” As the in-house developer of the new BRMB Navigator App, he has witnessed his team’s hard work pay off.

Having grown up on the North Shore with those majestic mountains in his own backyard, Dave appreciates what a good product can do for the outdoor recreationist. In the winter, you can find this mapper snowboarding BC’s slopes. When the snow melts, Dave hits the trails for hiking, biking and camping adventures.
